General Conditions:
The boats are equipped with toilets, safety equipment, and everything necessary for the specific tours. Upon boarding, the boat and the day's program will be presented to all guests, and CLIENTS WILL BE ADVISED TO CONTACT THE ONBOARD STAFF FOR ANY NEEDS OR REQUESTS.
When purchasing the tour, we recommend attaching the tour program we provided for the chosen itinerary with all the relevant information to the voucher. The tours, as indicated in the descriptions, may undergo itinerary and schedule changes depending on weather and sea conditions. The captain will ensure to adapt the tour so that the experience remains fulfilling for the customer.
To respect all guests on board, after visiting the cities, a maximum 20-minute wait will be provided during which efforts will be made to locate any late customers, but after which the boat will continue the scheduled route. It is advisable to suggest a preventative treatment to the customer in case of seasickness: often these precautions need to be taken well in advance of boarding to avoid discomfort during navigation.
The number of swimming stops corresponds to those provided in each tour as per the descriptions. The provided snacks are an assortment of different types of dry snacks (chips, nuts, tarallini, gluten-free) that will be made available to customers in single-serving portions and served during the swimming stops with accompanying prosecco. The tours include the provision of one drink of choice per person and free water. In case of a second request, it will never be denied, but it will be specified that for subsequent requests, only water will be provided out of respect for the group.
It is advisable to have an identification document in case of checks by the authorities. The boarding procedures at the departure port include waiting for the pre-arranged boat members until the group is complete. The wait is subject to the routes of the various carriers in relation to the customers' locations. The company will make every effort to complete everything as quickly as possible.
The check-in and check-out procedures take place at a snack-bar facility where customers will have the opportunity to sit and use the facilities and services. During the high season, pick-ups may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the company due to bad weather and sea conditions, customers will be rescheduled to the next available date compatible with their needs. If no alternative is available, the tour cost will be fully refunded.
Cancellations by the customer up to one day before the tour will be fully refunded; cancellations on the morning of the tour or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
